In my line of work, no two days are ever the same. There’s a chance that I could report on new toys one day and the latest beauty release the next. Now, any beauty lover can tell you that if there was a store that should wear a crown for having the best gifts with a purchase, it’s Ulta. Doesn’t matter what time of year it is, they always offer endless options like duffles, robes, scarves, and much more as a gift with purchase. So much so that they have a “Gifts with Purchase” page on their website, and currently they’re offering over 90 options, with an exclusive Squishmallow plush at the top. To get this limited-edition mallow, you have to purchase a large 3.4-ounce size of any of the three Squishmallow fragrances.

Aside from getting your hands on a new plushie, these Squishmallow fragrances are so worth adding to your perfume collection. In total, there are three scents — Whisked Away, Moonlit Mist, and Pink Possibilities — that are perfect for the young tween or teen who’s just discovering what they like, to the seasoned vet (like myself), who adore sweet aromas and unique bottles. Each one is available in 3.4- and 1-ounce sizes, or you can opt for a set of minis that includes all three options in an adorable 0.42-ounce coffret. But since we do want the plushie, we’re grabbing the big size.

Pink Possibilities
With the color pink, the possibilities are truly endless, and this perfume agrees. The Squishmallow Pink Possibilities fragrance is a fruity floral fragrance that’s “inspired by Patty the Cow’s booth at the springtime farmer’s market,” according to the product description. It opens with top notes of strawberry, dragon fruit nectar, and kiwi, then bleeds into middle aromas of violet leaves, plum blossom, and waterlily, and finally finishes with base notes of sheer amber, pink sugar, and the exclusive Squishmallow accord. The exclusive scent profile is said to feature “a delicious blend of sweet and fluffy marshmallow notes combined with EmotiWaves scent technology,” designed to evoke feelings of “happiness, well-being, and joy.”

Whisked Away
For the gourmand girlies, the Whisked Away fragrance is the one to reach for. According to the description, it’s inspired by “Cam the Cat’s love for cozy moments,” which only makes this writer think they live in a posh NYC apartment with nothing but comfy vibes above a luxe coffee shop. It has top notes of warm cinnamon, foamy milk, and caramel drizzle; tiger orchid, freesia petals, and white peach as middle notes, with sandalwood, vanilla latte, and the Squishmallows Accord at the base.

Moonlit Mist
Last, but certainly not least, is the Squishmallows Fragrances’ Moonlit Mist. This one is said to be inspired by “the enchanted forest Zumirez the Bat calls home,” according to the description. It’s considered to be the more edgy (and dare I say, sophisticated) of the three. It opens with top notes of green apple, lychee blossom, and sweet cherry. It then has middle notes of pink peony, pear flower, and lily of the valley, before leaving behind the base notes of the exclusive Squishmallows Accord, American cedarwood, and soft musks.
