In his current role as a Collateral Business Analyst, Orion balances technical execution with human communication. He develops algorithms to measure productivity, forecasts delinquent loan performance, and supports managers in planning staffing and strategy. At the same time, he sees himself as a translator between data and decision makers, ensuring that insights are accessible, understandable, and actionable. Daily check-ins, open communication, and consistent alignment with teams across finance and operations have become central to his significant.

A major theme in Orion’s career is his belief that automation should empower people, not replace them. He approaches automation by first understanding the real problem a team faces, mapping out where time is lost or errors occur, and identifying which steps can benefit from scripting, ETL tools, or dashboard automation. He wants to help organizations build smarter data foundations, integrate AI-driven tools into their processes, and scale systems that improve forecasting and operational efficiency. With his engineering mindset, he views data as an interconnected system where every component, from how it is collected to how it is visualized, shapes a business’s overall performance. His long-term goal is to help companies rethink how they use data, not only to solve today’s problems but to drive long-term innovation and value.
