While Katy Perry has already seemingly moved on from Orlando Bloom with the former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, it seems Bloom is feeling rather blue. Now, the pair have only split up a few weeks ago, after literally nine years together, but it seems Bloom is allegedly feeling the public pressure to move on in the dating world like Perry.
Insiders recently claimed to Heat World UK that Bloom is “feeling the burn” after Perry moved on.
“When he and Katy first split, Orlando was confident he’d be able to attract anyone he wanted, but it’s not working out the way he expected. The ladies aren’t taking him seriously and just think he’s a cheeseball and he hasn’t had much luck in the dating scene as a result,” they claimed.
Not only that, but he’s allegedly regretting how he treated Perry during their relationship. They alleged, “He realises he could have been nicer to Katy. Now he’s seeing she’s doing just fine without him, if not better.”

For those who don’t know, Bloom and Perry met back in 2016 at a Golden Globes afterparty, and within a few months, they started dating. They confirmed their romance in May 2016 with a now-archived Instagram post. However, within less than a year, they actually split up. But their breakup didn’t last long either because they were spotted together in the summer of 2017, and then got back together by Jan 2018. After that, they got engaged on Valentine’s Day 2019.
In March 2020, they announced they were expecting a child in Perry’s music video for her song “Never Worn White.” Then, on Aug. 27, 2020, they welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove Bloom into the world.
However, they broke up after nine years together in 2025. Since then, she’s been seen with Trudeau, and while Bloom made headlines with Sydney Sweeney during Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding, it was never anything more than friendship.
