If you need to be making it in advance then have all ingredients sliced and ready, assemble the plate and keep it in the fridge. Add the burrata cheese, seasoning and dressing right before serving. 

If you opt for the grilled peaches then you can totally make this salad in advance and dress it up just before serving.

What to Serve with Burrata Salad

Do I need to peel the peaches?

Not at all! Peaches have a great texture when kept with their skin on and especially when ripe and in season. Just give them a good rinse and slice.

Can I use canned or frozen peaches?

Fresh, ripe peaches offer the best flavor and texture. However, if they’re out of season, You can probably opt for canned and frozen. While we don’t recommend that, it may offer a great substitute. The best thing about this salad is that you can use any seasonal fruit. Try plums, strawberries, cherries, apples, pears and any fresh fruit rather than substituting.
