What I’m Buying on Prime Day

It’s Prime Day. If you’re planning to stock up, and you’re curious what I’m stocking up on, here are the three things in my cart right now.

These are products I use regularly, rely on, and always wait to buy when Prime Day discounts roll around.

If you’re stocking up too, I’d love to hear what made your list. Reply and tell me—what are the deals that are actually worth it this year?

1) Magnesium Breakthrough

Magnesium shows up in over 300 processes in the body. But most of us—especially anyone juggling stress or irregular sleep—don’t get enough.

I take this blend because it includes seven complementary forms of magnesium, each with unique absorption characteristics.. Some support muscle function, some digestive comfort, and others help promote relaxation and a calm mind.

When I take it regularly, I sleep better and feel like I recover faster. When I don’t, I notice the difference.

2) Probiotic Breakthrough

Most probiotics don’t survive long enough to do anything. And they almost never touch the oral microbiome.

This one’s different. It includes Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans—both spore-forming strains, designed to make it through the stomach acid and colonize the gut.

I care about those strains for two reasons:

  1. Bacillus subtilis improves gut barrier function and keeps pathogens in check.
  2. Bacillus coagulans has emerging research connecting it to reduced gum inflammation and improved oral microbial balance.

In other words: fresher breath, smoother digestion, and a healthier mouth. If you’re working on your microbiome from the bottom up, great. But don’t forget the mouth is where it all starts.

3) Masszymes

I didn’t think I needed this. Then one night, after a restaurant meal, my Oura sleep score plummeted. And not just once—this became a pattern. Big meal –> uneasy stomach –> shallow sleep.

I started digging. Turns out, melatonin isn’t just made in the brain—your gut plays a major role. It needs tryptophan to make melatonin, and tryptophan comes from protein. But if you aren’t breaking down your food properly, you might not absorb what you need.

That’s where MassZymes came in. I started taking it with dinner, and over time, I noticed less post-meal heaviness—and more stable sleep scores. My wife keeps a bottle in her bag, especially when we eat out. It helps her digest surprise ingredients—hidden dairy, questionable oils—that used to throw her off.

It’s one of those two-for-one fixes that works upstream and downstream: digestion, nutrient absorption, and ultimately, rest.

I stock up on these every year because they work. I’ve seen what happens when the body isn’t absorbing or processing things properly—and I’ve seen what changes when it is.

If you’ve ever felt like your efforts aren’t landing the way they should, it might be worth paying attention to what’s happening between the food and the cells.

And if you’re stocking up on something that’s made a difference for you, I’d love to know. Reply if something’s made a real difference for you. I want to hear it.
